Welcome to EstiMate! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our software and services ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Service is provided by SinanSoft ("we", "us", or "our"). Our EstiMate software is designed to provide estimations for project duration and costs based on the data you provide. Our goal is to produce a platform as a service with a custom design.

Account Creation: You may need to register for an account to access the full features of our Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.

All intellectual property rights in the software, its content, and the underlying technology are the exclusive property of SinanSoft. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

The EstiMate software is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the estimates provided will be completely accurate or reliable. Real-world conditions can cause variations. As such, all estimates should be considered as guidance and not as a definitive quote. Features can take longer than expected and testing can reveal bugs you didn't plan for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SinanSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SinanSoft is based, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
